SPMS, one of the main institutions responsible for digitalising healthcare in Portugal, needed to modernise processes and information systems to improve operational efficiency and access to digital health services.

Challenge

When the pandemic struck, Aché, a Brazilian pharmaceutical company, saw its medical sales representatives' in-person visits come to a halt, putting at risk its contact with healthcare professionals and the launch of new medicines.

Solution

Wattek developed an app for digital medical visits that recreates the main features of in-person interaction. The solution lets representatives present products in detail, answer questions in real time and share interactive, up-to-date materials.

Challenge

Dr. na Net, a Brazilian healthcare company that combines in-person appointments and telemedicine, wanted to make medical care easier to access. The challenge was to overcome barriers such as travel difficulties, lack of time and limited appointment availability.

Solution

Wattek developed an intuitive, secure telemedicine platform that lets patients reach specialist doctors in a few clicks and hold remote consultations, with attention to quality of care, security and data privacy.
