    Technology capacity to modernise healthcare systems

    Challenge

    SPMS, one of the main institutions responsible for digitalising healthcare in Portugal, needed to modernise processes and information systems to improve operational efficiency and access to digital health services.

    More efficient and secure management of Destination Madeira's digital content

    Challenge

    The Regional Tourism Directorate needed to centralise and organise a large body of Destination Madeira multimedia content, ensuring integration with different channels and secure information sharing between public bodies and tourism partners.

    Solution

    Wattek developed and deployed a modular web platform for centralised multimedia content management. The solution lets users edit and organise content by category and metadata, run advanced searches, manage access permissions and share materials with internal users and partners.

    Challenge

    The Santa Catarina State IT and Automation Centre (CIASC), in Brazil, needed to strengthen its capacity to develop and evolve systems, meeting different software needs without compromising technical quality, service continuity or alignment with its technology standards.

    Solution

    Since 2023, Wattek has worked with CIASC on software development and maintenance, through specialised teams and agile methods. The work covers application development and evolution, corrective and evolutive maintenance, analysis, testing and software integration, across different technologies and architectures.
